Chuck Rapp

Chuck Rapp's position is the culmination of careers as a salon owner and a manager at the corporate level for distributors of beauty products in the salon industry, where he specialized in marketing, sales, and the staff-training aspects of the beauty products industry. Working in these positions—one entrepreneurial and the other corporate—has helped him develop and polish his executive and management skills.

After several years as the owner of a high-end, prestige salon, Mr. Rapp left the business. He subsequently became a technical specialist in salon marketing, first with LOGICS International/Clairol, and later as a regional account manager for MATRIX Essentials, Inc., both divisions of Bristol-Myers Squibb, Inc.

Since joining Fable Fragrance as co-owner in 1997, Mr. Rapp's background and experience have helped him manage the start-up fragrance business, where he quickly mastered the basic elements of design, product development, manufacturing, finance, and marketing that are keys to success in an extremely competitive marketplace.

His career as a management innovator and a pragmatic problem-solver dovetail to create the leader of a successful fragrance company. His skills in evaluation of these goals, and taking action through effective problem resolution have been demonstrated repeatedly. These skills, along with his unswerving belief in the Fable product line, make Mr. Rapp especially qualified for his position.
